    Managing users in Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) is crucial for efficiently collaborating on your business’s online presence. Whether you’re adding a team member, assigning roles, or removing access, here’s a step-by-step guide to manage users effectively.

    Access Your Google Business Profile

    1. Sign in to your Google Business Profile.
    2. Select the business you want to manage (if you have multiple profiles).

    Open the User Management Section

    1. In the menu on the left, click “Business Settings” (gear icon).
    2. Select “Managers” or “Users” (depending on your interface).

    Add a New User

    1. Click the “+” icon or the “Invite” button.
    2. Enter the email address of the person you want to add.
    3. Choose a role:
      • Owner: Full control, including adding/removing other users.
      • Manager: Can edit the profile but cannot manage users.
      • Site Manager: Limited access for specific tasks like responding to reviews.
